LOCATIONS

Nestled within the bustling Triangle Shopping Center in Longview, WA, Pho Ever Vietnamese Cuisine is a culinary gem that brings the vibrant flavors of Vietnam to the Pacific Northwest. Renowned for its authentic pho and delightful boba tea, this restaurant has quickly garnered a loyal following. As a food reviewer for Restaurant World, I’ve had the pleasure of delving into the dishes that make Pho Ever a standout dining destination.

Upon entering Pho Ever, you are greeted by an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes that appeal to every palate. The highlight, undoubtedly, is their pho. Customer Tochina Hampton raved about the #8 bowl, describing it as “super yummy” and embodying the freshness and authenticity that pho aficionados crave. The broth is rich, aromatic, and promises to warm you up on a chilly day, a testament to the skilled kitchen staff who take pride in their craft.

Beyond the pho, Pho Ever excels in a variety of other dishes. From the crispy spring rolls to the flavorful sweet-and-sour chicken, each plate bursts with fresh ingredients. Customer Tara Holcomb-Cosgrove couldn’t have described it better, stating that the food is “always clean, fast, and friendly.” This emphasis on freshness is echoed in the vegetarian options as well; Opal Emmy praised the tofu and rice noodles for their delightful textures and savory flavors, underscoring the restaurant's commitment to quality.

While the food at Pho Ever is consistently rated highly, the service has seen mixed reviews. Many patrons, like Deanna, have noted the lack of warmth from some staff members, suggesting that the experience could be further enhanced with more attentiveness at the front of the house. Regardless, the exquisite flavors and generous portion sizes of the dishes often outweigh any service hiccups. Customers like Tim Vandenberg, who has been returning for years, affirm the restaurant's enduring charm and reliability when it comes to satisfying cravings for authentic Vietnamese fare.

In summary, Pho Ever Vietnamese Cuisine is more than just a restaurant; it is a vibrant tapestry of flavors that invites you to explore the essence of Vietnamese culture through its dishes. Whether you’re indulging in a comforting bowl of pho or sipping on their remarkable boba tea, you’re in for a treat. I can wholeheartedly recommend this eatery to anyone seeking genuine Vietnamese flavors in Longview. Your taste buds will thank you!

This place has the absolute best boba/bubble tea. It's phenomenal to be frank. Their food in general is genuinely fantastic and I highly recommend.

Delightful food and service - I had the Pho which was super yummy. I got the number eight and it surpassed my expectations. I’ve eaten at many Pho restaurants and this was fresh and authentic. We also got the Sweet-and-sour chicken which was perfect.

I walked in and was not even greeted LMAO. She didn’t even reply when I said words like thank you. She probably deals with imbeciles all day so I understand, but man I felt like a dog scrounging for scraps while I was just trying to get some noodles. The bathroom was very clean though and was an enjoyable experience.

Left a review 7 years ago and thought it was time to update it! Great Pho restaurant, I always get the #18 and it NEVER disappoints! I do miss the table service, but this world ok as well. The price is good and the food delicious!

The menu for people who need it. Love the waitress very friendly service. My favorite food is number 35 which is the hot and spicy beef. It’s the pho (noodle soup) and they put in so much food I can barely finish all of it.

I ordered the tofu with rice noodles and the vegetables were fresh and crisp! The noodles were not spicy; savory flavor. The tofu was crispy on the outside which was delicious! Big plate portion! Good thing they had to go boxes! Friendly staff too. The food is noticably made fresh, especially the noodle salad which my sibling enjoyed. Would go again whenever in longveiw!! Thai tea is refreshing and not too sweet and creamy which we liked! :)

The food is excellent, the register gal not so much. Let’s start off with the food: I love their Pho Ga (chicken pho). The broth is flavorful and delicious! Such a yummy meal on a cold, wet PNW day! My husband got some beef and rice dish, I can’t remember the name of it. (The menu here is huge!) The beef had an amazing grilled taste to it. Thin sliced beef with a delicious sauce on it. It wasn’t quite teriyaki, but it reminded me of teriyaki. It also came with a cabbage salad on the side with the most amazing dressing. The food here is good! If I have a complaint, it would be the young gal at the register. She was very unfriendly. I get it....working in the food service industry is not fun. The public can be jerky sometimes...but save your rude attitude for those customers, if you must. If I didn’t like the food so much, I may be tempted to not go again, but I will go for the food and expect to be served by the sour, dour face of a Gen Z’er who couldn’t be bothered to crack a smile when greeted by a friendly customer. Maybe she was just having a bad day and lacks the skills to leave her troubles out of her job....but yeah. The service was less than pleasant. 5 stars for the tasty food, but -1 star for the front of house staff.
